• All transactions involving the sale of PMG Music Store’s products or services through the use of this site are subject to PMG Music Store's standard terms and conditions of sale as they appear on PMG Music Store's web site, invoice and order acknowledgment forms. The use of this site as a purchasing resource for any of PMG Music Store’s customers shall constitute such customer's acceptance of PMG Music Store's standard terms and conditions of sale, notwithstanding any contradictory terms and conditions which may appear on the customer's forms, or otherwise.
  • LIMITATION OF WARRANTIES. Unless an express written warranty is otherwise furnished by the Seller by a separate document, the Seller makes no warranty, express or implied, with respect to the goods sold and/or the services rendered by the Seller hereunder. ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THOSE OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE HEREBY DISCLAIMED AND EXCLUDED FROM THIS AGREEMENT. IN NO EVENT SHALL SELLER BE LIABLE FOR LOSS OF USE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO CONSEQUENTAL DAMAGES FOR PERSONAL INJURIES OR DELAY. THIS DISCLAIMER OF CONSEQUENTAL DAMAGES WILL CONTINUE IN FULL FORCE AND EFFECT EVEN IF THE BUYER'S LIMITED REMEDY FAILS OF ITS ESSENTIAL PURPOSE. In the event any component or part of the goods sold and/or services rendered hereunder have not been manufactured by the Seller, the Seller's sole obligation shall be limited to making available to Buyer any existing applicable warranty of the manufacturer to such component or part to the extent Seller can do so.
  • RETURNED GOODS. IMPORTANT. A 15% handling or restocking charge, after inspection and in the opinion of the Seller, can be made upon all goods returned for credit. Goods returned for credit must be returned within five (5) days after receipt and must be accompanied by our Invoice Number and date of purchase.
  • GUITAR RETURNS: If you are not satisfied with your guitar, you may return it within 48 hours of receipt in NEW, UNUSED condition and complete in it's ORIGINAL PACKAGING as shipped to you. You MUST contact us BEFORE shipping the guitar back so that we can issue a RMA (return merchandise authorization) number to you. When we issue the RMA number we will provide you with the address to ship the guitar to. Returns will NOT be accepted at the Post Office box! Upon receiving your item we will inspect the item and issue a refund to your credit card plus any applicable shipping fees.
  • Damage: Claims for damage or shortages must be made upon receipt of product. Do not use (for example, play a guitar) any defective product - use constitutes acceptance of the item. If damage is obvious or noticed on delivery, please file a claim with the carrier IMMEDIATELY and notify PMG Music Store with all pertinent information. NOTE ON GUITARS:  We WILL NOT ship you a guitar that is damaged or in any way inoperable.
  • DELAYS BEYOND SELLER'S CONTROL. Seller shall not be responsible for delays in performance caused by delays at manufacturing plants, or in transportation or due to strikes, fires, floods, storms, war, insurrections, riots, any government regulation, order, act or instruction, or any other circumstances beyond the Seller's reasonable control.
  • EXCHANGES. Exchanges will not be permitted. Be sure that what you are purchasing is what you want! If, on delivery, a package/parcel has visible damage, file a claim immediately with the carrier and notify PMG Music Store with all pertinent information.

    Please note:

    • WE DO NOT REFUND SHIPPING COSTS ON RETURNED ITEMS. Any/all return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer.
    • Remember that YOU are responsible for damage that occurs to the item you are shipping back to us. We recommend you use a shipping service that offers tracking and insurance.
